Far Far Away

Far Far Away, the birthplace of Fiona, wife of Shrek. As you can see in the picture they build the complete castle. Though it is quite the eyecather of this part of the park, the reason of building the castle from Far Far Away is still not clear to me. They really mixed the first two movies, and I think they done a really bad job in general in this part of the park; as you enter the castle of Far Far Away (2nd movie), suddenly the ride is telling you that you have entered the dungeon of Duloc (1st movie). Then it states that you get tortured in the next chamber. And in the next chamber you only see a 3D-movie which does not even deals with the subject torture, not even the dungeon of Duloc is mentioned! The total ride, so the 3D-movie with added effect, was done quite well, but the story does not hold!

At last, Madagascar, and I can be very short about it... it was still not finished when I was in the park. So... that is all I had to say about the attractions of Universal Studios!
